Public offer to conclude an agreement on the provision of access to digital content

Effective date: 7 August 2026

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Osmanova Leniara Osmanovna (hereinafter, the “Contractor”) to conclude an agreement on the provision of access to digital content / agreement on the provision of information and consulting services by providing access to digital content (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) on the terms set out below. The offer is accepted by paying for the selected format / area on the website lelicos.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the digital content of LELICOS Academy, which may include video materials, presentations, methodical materials, workbooks, a final test, a certificate (if its issuance is provided for by the relevant program), as well as other materials defined in the description of the relevant program.

3. Procedure for providing services

The services are provided remotely via the Contractor’s online platform (in particular, Kwiga) and the information services related to it.

The Contractor has the right to change the technical method of providing access and/or the platform without changing the term and scope of access to the program and without impairing access to the materials.

  • After successful payment, access is provided automatically or as soon as possible to the Customer’s email.
  • The period of open access to the materials of the Basic Program / individual areas, formats / plans is 3 (three) months from the moment access is granted.
  • The period of open access for the format / plan with individual support is 4 (four) months from the moment access is granted.
  • There is no physical delivery of goods: the product is digital.

4. Price and payment

The current prices of programs, individual areas, formats and plans are indicated on the website lelicos.com. Payment is made online via the WayForPay payment service or another payment service designated by the Contractor. The moment of payment is the successful confirmation of the payment by the payment system.

5. Customer’s obligations

The Customer is prohibited from:

  • transferring the login and password for the Personal Account to third parties;
  • making screen recordings, audio or video recordings of the materials;
  • copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, translating, modifying or using the materials for commercial purposes without the Contractor’s written consent;
  • granting third parties access to the purchased program / digital content.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All proprietary intellectual property rights to the programs, video materials, presentations, methodical materials, workbooks, checklists, test materials and other digital content belong to the Contractor and are protected by the legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. Granting access to the program / digital content does not mean the transfer of any proprietary intellectual property rights to the Customer.

6.3. The Customer is prohibited from:

  • copying, reproducing or storing the materials in whole or in part;
  • making screen recordings, audio or video recordings of the materials;
  • taking screenshots of the materials for the purpose of distributing them;
  • distributing, publishing or transferring the materials to third parties, or granting third parties access to them;
  • posting the materials on the Internet, reselling them or using them for commercial purposes without the Contractor’s written consent;
  • modifying, translating or creating derivative materials based on the Contractor’s digital content.

6.4. In the event of a breach of the terms of this section, the Contractor has the right to immediately terminate the Customer’s access to the program / digital content without refunding the amounts paid and to apply other means of protecting its rights in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7. Refunds

A refund is possible provided that the Customer has not been granted access to the program / digital content.

If access has already been granted, the funds are not refunded. A refund request is sent to admin@lelicos.com specifying the payment details.

8. Certificate

The personalized LELICOS Academy certificate is issued after successfully passing the final test, if this is provided for by the relevant program / individual area or format.

9. Limitation of liability

The Contractor is not liable for the inability to receive the service for reasons attributable to the Customer or third parties, in particular:

  • lack of Internet access;
  • email blocking;
  • technical malfunctions of the Customer’s devices;
  • use of outdated browsers;
  • actions of third parties;
  • unauthorized access resulting from the Customer’s transfer of their account credentials.

The Contractor is not liable for the results of procedures performed by the Customer; the materials of the program / digital content are provided for informational purposes only.

10. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement if it resulted from circumstances of irresistible force (force majeure): hostilities, emergencies, natural disasters, acts of public authorities, failures of backbone communication networks and other circumstances that the parties could not foresee or prevent by reasonable measures. The deadline for fulfilling obligations is postponed in proportion to the duration of such circumstances.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Final provisions

By paying for the service, the Customer confirms that they have read the terms of this Offer and accept them in full.

The Contractor has the right to amend this Offer. The current version is published on this page. Amendments do not apply to agreements already concluded (paid for before the date of publication of the new version).
